Using our website

You may browse and use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the website, the client area or our servers.
• Use bots or scrapers to copy content in bulk.
• Send spam, malware or false information through our forms.
• Pretend to be someone else or use another person’s account.

Your client area account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at info@webinkpot.com if you think someone else has access. Please keep your contact and billing details up to date, as we use them for renewal notices and domain registrations.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Web Inkpot or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

Ownership of websites and other work we create for clients is covered in each project agreement, not in these website terms.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is general information, not professional advice. Prices shown are a guide and may change. The price and scope that apply to you are the ones in your written quote or order confirmation.

Our services: which terms apply

These website terms do not cover the services you buy from us. When you order, separate terms apply:

• Website, app and design projects: the written quote or project agreement you accept, including scope, payment stages, timelines and ownership.
• Hosting, domains, email and SSL: our Hosting Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, shown when you order in the client area. Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry, including the .ae registry.
• Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads and social media: the proposal or monthly agreement you accept, including notice periods. Results from marketing depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not promise rankings or specific results.

Links to other websites

We may link to websites run by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be online or free of errors. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.
