IntegrationsDubai and the UAE

API Integration Company in Dubai That Connects Your Systems

API integration connects the tools your business already uses, so data moves on its own instead of being copied by hand. We link websites, stores and apps to payment gateways, CRMs, accounting software, couriers and messaging services, and we build in logging so you know when something fails.

How we work

How we build an integration

  1. Map the data

We list what moves between which systems, how often and what should happen when it fails.
  2. Test in sandbox

We build against test accounts first, so no real orders or payments are touched.
  3. Build and secure

We add logging, retries and secure key storage, then run end-to-end tests.
  4. Go live and monitor

We switch to live credentials and watch the logs closely for the first weeks.

What reliable API integration looks like

Connecting two systems is easy on a good day. The real work is handling the bad days: a gateway times out, a CRM renames a field or a courier API is down for an hour. Our API integration solutions retry failed calls, log every request and alert you when something needs attention, so problems are found before customers notice.

  • API keys stored securely, never in public code
  • Retries and queues for failed requests
  • Logs you can check when a record looks wrong
  • Email alerts when an integration stops working

Third party API integration for websites and stores

Most projects involve a third party API integration with a service you already pay for. Web API integration on your site might send form data to a CRM, check stock in your warehouse system or calculate delivery cost at checkout. We read the provider’s documentation, test in their sandbox and only then switch to live keys.

For payment API integration, we follow the gateway’s security requirements so card details never touch your server. That keeps your compliance burden small and the checkout trustworthy.

API data integration between business systems

Sometimes the website is not involved at all. API system integration can link your POS to your accounting software, or your booking tool to staff calendars. We agree which system is the source of truth for each piece of data, so you do not end up with two versions of the same customer or order.

How much does an API integration cost?

Simple integrations, such as sending form leads to a CRM, start from AED 2,000. Costs rise with the number of systems, the amount of data and how much error handling is needed. Some providers also charge for API access, which is paid to them directly.

Can you add a UAE payment gateway to my existing website?

Usually, yes, if your platform supports it. Once the gateway approves your merchant account, we set up the checkout, test transactions in sandbox mode and switch to live.

What if the software I use has no API?

Some tools offer exports, webhooks or automation connectors instead. If there is no option at all, scheduled file imports can sometimes fill the gap. We will tell you what is possible before you commit.

Can you connect WhatsApp to my website or CRM?

A click-to-chat button works with the regular WhatsApp Business app. Automated messages and two-way CRM sync need the WhatsApp Business Platform through an approved provider, which has its own setup steps and message fees.

Who looks after the integration after launch?

APIs change over time, so integrations need occasional updates. We include monitoring and can cover fixes under a maintenance plan, or hand full documentation to your own team.

Tired of copying data between systems?

List the tools you use and where data gets stuck, and we will suggest how to connect them.
